On October 14, the great Orthodox holiday of the intercession of the Holy Mary is celebrated.
Fairs, celebrations, weddings, and hunting were usually held on its eve and on this day. The Central Park of Culture and Culture decided to support this tradition and on Sunday, October 13, invited residents of Volgograd and guests of the hero city to the great Feast of Intercession. It will start at noon.
The program includes interactive platforms, a master class on sword blades, an exhibition of pointed Cossack weapons and utensils, a pottery workshop, a master class on weaving grapes and making folk dolls, a game program-night in the “Family circle” and a charity concert of the Cossack song ensemble “Brothers”.
And the holiday will end in a magical way – with a big fire show at 19.00. According to the organizers, the artists will show their most remarkable performances. It will be atmospheric, fun and fiery! Free entry.
