In Kostroma, repair works are being carried out at adult polyclinic No. 3, located on Zaprudnya Street, the regional administration reports. More than 14,000 residents of Fabrichniy district of the district center are connected to it.
For now, workers are only working on the top floor of the building, in the day hospital department – so the clinic is operating as usual. After renovation, a day hospital with therapeutic, surgical and neurological profiles will be located on the third floor. It is designed for 60 places with the prospect of expansion.
Currently, the contractor “Stroyset” LLC has completed the demolition work and is starting to replace windows and utility systems for water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation. The region received funds for the project from the federal treasury – 50 million rubles.
We would like to add that the construction of another facility, which is no less important for the residents of Fabrychniy district, is currently nearing completion – Clinics on Tekstilshchikov Avenue. Over time, it will replace the outdated building on Kommunarov Street. Construction should be completed by the end of November this year.
